It’s baffling sometimes to look around our own homes and wonder—where did all this clutter come from? How did it get so out of hand? Clutter has a way of creeping in from so many places—hand-me-downs from older parents, essential items that need a temporary spot but end up staying indefinitely. Before we know it, our space feels overwhelming, and it’s hard to know where to even begin.
That’s where virtual home organizing coaching comes in, offering a great transformative solution that is easy and affordable.
Here's the story of Beth, one of our SadieLane Home Organizing Virtual Coaching clients. These are her own words:
I have been decluttering journey for going on four years. First decluttering was my parents home after they passed away.
However, I moved about forty boxes stuff from my parents to my garage thinking it wouldn’t take very long to go through. Wrong!
That’s when I found Roberta of Sadie Lane Home Organizing. I felt so much emotion that I freeze and feel stuck when I attempt to go through those forty boxes.
While talking with Roberta, I immediately found some calm in my thoughts and felt “I can do this!” Then Roberta suggested to send her photos (yikes) of my garage in order to do a virtual session.
By the way, no Zoom or FaceTime because I use a landline phone with Roberta who did not even flinch at that old-school technology.
After she reviewed my photos, she made many suggestions on how to move about the garage to sift through the stuff. Roberta explained that she looked at the space/my garage differently than I do. My vision is on big clump of stuff where Roberta explained parts to address one at a time. She summarized with me on the phone, a plan of attack sort of. What I really liked was Roberta provided a summary in bullet points on what we discussed immediately after we finished the call.
What a refreshing way to declutter with Roberta steering the way of course!
We are honored to get this kind of feedback and it makes us realize even more how important the work is that we are doing.
Through personalized virtual coaching, Beth didn’t just declutter her home; she shifted her mindset and created a space that supports her well-being. The result? A happier, more organized life. Beth is still an active client and we are working together to transform her living space. With SadieLane Home Organizing by your side, you too can experience this powerful transformation and find the harmony you’ve been searching for.
Beth's journey highlights the importance of seeking help when faced with emotional challenges and physical clutter.

During our virtual sessions, Beth gained a fresh perspective on her clutter. Instead of viewing her garage as an overwhelming task, we helped her see it as a series of manageable steps. This shift allowed Beth to approach each box with a newfound sense of control, lifting the emotional burden she initially felt.
We began by talking Beth through creating a working space for sorting and making decisions.

After each session, we provided Beth with a summary list that reiterated our discussions and outlined next steps. This practice not only kept Beth organized but also reinforced her commitment, ensuring steady progress throughout her decluttering process.
The willingness to have a support system was crucial for Beth. She shared her excitement, stating, “What I really liked was Roberta provided a summary in bullet points on what we discussed immediately after we finished the call.”
This unique coaching style highlights the benefits of virtual organizing. Clients can participate from the comfort of their own homes, which eases the anxiety often associated with in-person meetings. The flexibility to receive immediate feedback played a significant role in Beth's journey, allowing her to stay focused on her goals.
As Beth progressed with SadieLane Home Organizing, she noticed a remarkable change—both in her physical space and her mindset. The act of decluttering became a symbolic release of emotional burdens. Each box she tackled allowed her to let go of memories tied to the past, opening her up to new possibilities.

While these transformations take time, the virtual home organizing coaching process encourages gradual progress. With Beth’s dedication and SadieLane Home Organizing's guidance this became a truly transformative journey. Today, B feels lighter emotionally and physically, leading to a more joyful home life.
Beth’s story stands as a strong testament to the impact of virtual home organizing coaching.
